In a recent survey, 60% of patients said they preferred to book appointments themselves online, rather than calling their doctor's office -- just the same way they prefer to book dinner reservations online, rather than calling restaurants. Enabling patient self-scheduling can drive patient satisfaction and retention, and it can reduce staff work, too.
